HICOVER Acrylic is a high-opacity matt paint suitable for new plaster, concrete, brickwork, ceilings, and composition boarding. It dries to a matt finish and hides minor plaster imperfections. It can be applied with a roller and brush. HICOVER dries quickly to allow same-day application of the second coat.
