Refund policy

Dear Customers, our refund policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act. All refunds will be dealt with in an expeditious manner and all payments will be refunded in the manner payment was made when the order was processed. Please note, there will be no refunds on any packages or paint that has been opened or mixed to a specific colour as per a customer's specification.
